Order Processing

1. Orders received before 6:00 pm will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
2. Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Saturdays will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact information are accurate. Any delays or issues with delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Delivery times are as follows:
• Within the City: 3 working days.
• Within Zone: 4 working days.
• Tier 1, 2, 3 Cities: 5 to 7 working days.
• Special Destinations: 8 to 9 working days.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refunds: Refunds are issued for orders canceled within the specified timeframe. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the return and provide a refund or replacement as per your preference.
