REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns: At Sri Ganesh Bhog, we only accept returns if the product received is damaged or expired. Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of delivery. For damaged items, please provide an 'unboxing video' and clear photos of the damage via WhatsApp at +91 80020 02906. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that perishable items and products considered intimate or sanitary cannot be returned. To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Products perceived as “near expiry” or “inferior” but still within the consumable period are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If an order is damaged or needs to be returned, we will process refunds minus fixed shipping charges. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or if they do not comply with our terms. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to customer-initiated cancellations.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a specified period.
Shipping: For returns, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
